Client and project data is sensitive. PermitPilot CY is designed to be GDPR-compliant with EU data residency. You can export or delete your data on request.

AI drafting uses the Anthropic Claude API server-side. The data-handling posture (EU endpoint / zero-retention) is being finalised and documented here.
